Braves Tackle Football
Welcome to the Mukwonago Braves Youth Football Program.
Registration for our program opens in early February and closes March 31st.
Cost:
- $350 for single player
- $450 family max
Ages
Open to all players in the Mukwonago Area School District entering 5th through 8th grade in Fall 2026.
When
Season begins Monday, August 3. Last possible week of games is Saturday, October 31.
Where
Practices are held at Mukwonago High School.
Practices
Practices are held on weekdays. Teams practice 4 nights a week during summer and 3 nights a week during the school year.
Games
Games are scheduled by the league and include 8 regular season Saturday matchups starting August 29th. There are no games on Labor Day weekend. There are 2 playoff games (games 9 and 10) and a championship game for 8th grade if the team qualifies.
Home games are played at Mukwonago High School, with away games held at various locations in the Milwaukee area.

Summer Camps
Summer camps led by MHS Football Coaching Staff are held for Braves players on Sunday nights under the lights at MHS Football Stadium.

Indian Athletic Performance
Register through infinite Campus for Indian Athletic Performance (part of MASD summer school).

Fundraising
All households are expected to participate in the annual fundraising effort, or perform a buyout for $225. The current fundraising effort calls for each household to sell a minimum of 15 fantasy football cards. Households with more than one Braves player only have to perform one fundraiser or buyout (not one per each player).
Refund Policy
Players who wish to withdraw should send an email to the president of the Braves. The date of the email will be used as follows:
- Players who withdraw prior to June 1st will be given a full refund upon return of equipment.
- Players who withdraw between June 1st and August 31st will be given a 50% refund upon return of equipment.
- Players who withdraw on or after September 1st will not be given a refund.
Families who are unable to pay for the annual registration cost should reach out directly to the president of the Braves via email. All conversations in this regard will remain confidential.
